Our Black Diamond II 581S500 spinning rod is the result of intensive engineering work, because compared to its predecessor we were able to modify the properties and get maximum performance out of it. The very slim rod blank is made of the highly developed NET-V III carbon technology and received a special refinement during the manufacturing process: the so-called SNVC process. The refinement achieves the best resistance and the best lightness. With an optimal length of 1.74 m, our Black Diamond II 581S500 is suitable for boat fishing and has a tight casting weight of a maximum of 500 g. With it, heavy jigs or soft lures can be cast to phenomenal distances, because the exclusive and corrosion-resistant Fuji K-series ring set allows your line to glide almost frictionlessly through the rod rings. Thanks to the use of brilliant components, the Black Diamond II 581S500 has an ingenious transmission, so that even the most timid tugs of cautious sea fish, such as pollock, cod, halibut and the like, will not escape you in greater water depths. The blank works extremely quickly and supports both when striking a bite and during the fight. The powerful backbone is really strong and has plenty of power reserves to be able to stand up to even the largest halibut. The model appears in a modern and very elegant design. The matte carbon blank looks solid, but the important OPP coating has a lot to offer! It gives the rod its unique look and makes the blank water-repellent and scratch-resistant. The gold and silver finish properties underline the high quality of the individual components and give it its very own characteristics.
